The family are moving to the coast of Northern California because Maya the little sister is sick. But cat isn’t happy about leaving all of her friends. But they have to move because Maya has cystic fibrosis and it will benefit from the cold salty air that blows in from the sea. As they explore their new home a neighbor lets them in on a secret. He says there are ghost here Maya is not scared at all but Cat doesn't want to believe it. This book is a comic
