Tv Add

Tv Chicken & Chips Ad


LI: to demonstrate understanding of persuasion and influence.
Today for inquiry, we had to make a poster or an ad to persuade people into to doing what you want. If you made poster it was pretending to persuade people to vote for you to be the prime minster, and if you made an ad it was persuading people to buy your object or fast food. I created this ad in a pair with Avalon. Our fast food we picked was Chicken & Chips and named our store - A n V's Chicken & Chips. We got our images from finding them online and getting our teacher to print it out. We cut the images out and cut out a little bite mark with scissors to pretend that she took a bite out of it. I learnt the definition of influence and how I can show it.

LI - To use an apostrophe for contractions.

This week (Week 4) we learned how to make sentences smaller by using contractions. Contractions help you write quicker and finish your writing quicker. For example I write "He would" write He'd to make it samller.

Kiwi Sport




























learnt how to run faster.I learnt this by doing this task.What we had to do was an activity we did 3 activity.Our first activity was we had to called there here and were so the here was the front of the stage the there was in the middle and the were was at the end of the hall.Our Second activity was we had pick a partner and then we have to lay on out back.Then we had to run fast and try and get the cone back to the middle.The game was Fast Reaction.And our last game was to ran fast.What we had to do was when Andy said Your mask get set so but we had to get into the posin that she showed us.Then when she claped her hand we had to run fast straight and not look forward.

Today for Inquiry we were talking about Safety online we had to work in two's and me and Victoria were working together on this poster and we had to talk about what it is.

Emailing Earth

  1. (OO) Why are there gardens in the house?
a. Because they did to grow food.
  1. (RT) What kind of planet is it?
    1. The planet is Mars.
  2. (TS) Why is the house in the middle of nowhere?                  
  1.        Because the visual broke down.
  1. (AM) What is the point of the story?
  1.         I think the point of this story is that they are talking about the planet mars.
  1. (RT) Is that even a house?
    1. No, it is a space station.
  2. (TS) What happens in the story?
  1.        The email network broke down.
  1. (OO) Why are they on the planet?
  1.       Because the bubbles broke down and the email network.
  1. (OO)Why is the sky black?
  1.  I think because it is dark.

Today for reading we had to be in two's so we had to work together on this reading task our book was called Emailing Earth that meet they were in space they were on mars planet and what happens was the email network broke down and they could not get back we had to answer the question that the group came up with and then we had to say if it was a think and search or a right they question or a on my own or Another and me.

Kiwi can

Today for kiwi can we played to games and we were talking about emotion and what emotion are and how we do emotion and how they all work we were in groups at first then we had to get into 4 groups and make a Square then we had to wait for  Mr M to tell us the emotion like if he said happy we would have to get the stick and hold it up and then we have to look happy the next game is  that they were words on papers like all of the emtions were on the paper and we had to put them good to bad then we just talked about what we did.

2 words 1 minute

My family is so cool and l like how we go to the movies and watch some of the movies we sit in the dark on our chairs and sit back and watch the movies we all enjoyed
watching the movie and eating our judge food when we were watching the movie we all had yum chocolate and even more yummy lollies and drinks they was a lot of judge food
and when we got out of the movies all of my siblings were so happy and after all the happiness we went to get some ice cream and ate it outside in the sunny day we enjoyed our ice cream.






Ll: To check that my writing makes sentence.
Today in writing we wrote with miss Anderson first what we had to do was we as a class picked to words and they were family and dog you had to pick one of those words and then write about them l wrote about family and we had to write in one minute and after we had to writing in 1 minute we had to check our work in 30 seconds then after 30 seconds we had to get into 3 groups and we all had to take turns being the teacher so first it was me and we had to tell those two people what they to words were and then sit the timer for 1 minute and then after they write for 1 minute you have to tell them to check they work for 30 seconds then when that 30 seconds is up they would be someone as being the teacher and they do the same thing again what l learned about was that you can write in 1 minute and it is easy.

Today for writing we had to add the words A and An into these sentence they were easy sentences that we had to do.

Jet Ski Addition

Today for my can do l did the Addition Jet Ski game for my can do it was really easy put l came in 3rd places.

Raz kids

Today on raz kids l read little miss muffet she was a gril who did not like spider she was eating and then l spider came along and sat beside her and then the spider made her run off this story was really cool to read and also l liked how she ran away when she saw a spider.

Today for writing we had to write a story on let me tell you something about lunch times at PBS that is what we had to write down on the writing books l wrote not that much in my writing l added things into my writing like Fullstops and captive letters.
