Kiwisport

Today for kiwisport we learnt how to do a back hand and a front hand we also learnt how to use a racket.This week our kiwi sport for the tearm was batmtin. What we had to do was we had to learn how to jugle the shuttle.HE also showed us some tricks.We also had a challge we had to see how can juggle the most and longest.The next thing we had to do was practicing hit it to each other.After that we use a diffrent net to play a realy with a parnte

Today for my can do l did the Addition Jet Ski game for my can do it was really easy put l came in 3rd places.

Past tense



Today for writing we had to do a past tense and we had to redo them and we had to do fill in the word and we had to use the word to write your own past tense in a sentence and we had to replace the underlined word with the past tense what l learned was that it is easy to do it and what l learned was how to do a past tense when we had to do this was when we finished watching the videos where we did this was in side of the class why l liked this was because l liked how you had to fill in the words and you had to replace the words and write your own past tense how we did this was by knowing how to do it and learning how to do it.

Fire fighters


What we first did when we got there was we all sit down and he was talking about Pumps and the pumps that they do and how they cut people from cars and put out fires on big house or on a little house and in the firefights truck they are stores so they can put their tools inside of it and they were pumps and big tools and small tools and if they is something like your favorite toy or your dog inside of the house then don’t go back in and grab it because it can be not good and you will not be able to come back out so wait until the firefighters come.

Recount

Today we met some imported people in our community it was the police we met the people that fly the helicopter. And we met the police that have dogs first we met the people that fly the helicopter when they were coming we were saying good bye put then it landed at our school on the top field everyone was so excited and the n they were talking to us about how to fly the helicopter and all the parts and size it was so big and cool to look at we asked some question and then they went and all the grass went everywhere it even inside of the class after they left we all were waiting for the police that have the dogs they came and we could hear all the dogs barking put only one of them came out of one of the cars and they were talking to us about what they do and how they can help us like the dogs can look for people that are lost.

Today for lnferring  we had to add some sidles to the lnferring sidle that we did last week how we did this was by knowing what to do and how we did this was by knowing how to do it what l learned was how to do this and know what lnferring is and how it works.

Today for Inquiry we were doing trades l was doing food service and my partner Aden was doing Electrician what was hard was nothing because we have done something like this before and how l did it was knowing how to do it and how l learned it was by knowing what to do how l learned it was by knowing and listing to what to do.

I learnt how to make a graph.What we had to do was ask people there fav color. What i did first was i tally marked every one that like the colors of my option.The next thing i did was i got coloring pencil and color how many people like that color.Then i make a graph and stick the bar on the graph.

Kiwi can

Today for kiwi can we started off with our catch phrase I respect you you respect me we respect everybody that was our catch phrase we were talking about respect and then we played a game that game was flip it this is how you have to play the game you are split into two groups and then we have to put cones on the ground and then one side had to flip the and the other side had to flip it the other way and who ever had o most won the second game that we played was GKQ it was when we had to go in a circle and we had to stand up and answer a question and they would give us something to say if we had the question in our head then we did our kiwi can like things that we do it goes like this kiwi can says kiwi can shoo.

inferring


Today for reading we had to make something and we had to pick a thing that we have been learning l picked inferring it was easy and hard to do at the same time what l learned was that it is easy and not hard to do how l learned it was by knowing what to do and learning it.

Today for kiwi sport we went to Badminton in the hall and we were learning how to do forward hand and back hand it was fun and we learned lots of things how l did this was by knowing what to do and knowing how to do it what learned was to learn how to do back hand and forward hand.

R Mr wong took us out to play a stick game. We first had a stick.Sandra,Xavier and Jonathan  gave us an example and how to play and what the rules are. we had to get into 2's and me and Avalon were partners.

E We first had to use our strong hand then our week hand to make it harder. Mr Wong started to join me and Avalon. He used a little bit technique and we started to play with others but at the end we both won.end we all got together. Some people were cleaning and doing the netbooks. But at the end it was great because Mr Wong and Mr O had a match.

E Mr wong told us to bring him the stick and he was talking but some people were talking when he was.Then we had to go back inside when it was hometime and turn our netbooks off and put them away.Some people were cleaning and doing the netbooks.I felt proud of myself.

L.I Is to look for simple sentences.Today i had to write a recount about the stick game we played.then we had to hightlight the subject object and verb.

Fruit LS1 likes graph

Today for maths we had to make a graph on what LS1 likes they was other,plum's,pear,apple,banana, those where the fruit that they could pick out of or if they did't like any of them then they have to say other so if someone said mango then you have to write down other put you have to put a question bark so it is easy to do and we had to make a graph for all of this what l learnt was that it is easy to do a graph and how l did this was by knowing what to do and how to do it

Fire works


Today we had to write down three facts or more on a DLO. I worked in pares my pare was Florence. Me and Florence went on a site to find out some tips on how to stay safe around fireworks. We did 8 Tips because we want kids to stay safe when they are doing fireworks and staying safe around when people are lighting the fire works we wrote down some safe things that people should be doing when they are going to be doing fire works and we wrote down how they could be safe.

QAR Results

LI:To use a range of comprehension strategies to go deeper into a text.
For reading this week we had to make a copy of our groups questions from last week. Then we had to write down if it was a right there question, think and search, on my own or author and me. We also had to answer the questions. Once we did that we had to choose which groups questions we wanted to choose. Joel, Avalon and I chose Resilience because we felt like answering the Resilience questions. I learnt to write down answers and choose what kind of question it was.

I learnt this by doing this task.What we had to do was we had to go around the class room and ask people what they favorite fruit were put we had to say if it was bannan apple peach pear or and other fruit not from the same things that we give them l worked with Avalon because we had to work in partens for this how we did this was by knowing what to do and learning how to do it this was a hard task because some people would be a away so then we had to do it again because sometimes people were not here and some were.

Emergency Services



L.I: To look at more than one information source when researching.
This week for inquiry we had to get into a group of six. Then from that group, choose a pair to work with and my pair was Avalon. Each pair from the group had to make a copy of a google slide and pick 2 of the emergency services - Police, Fire, Ambulance, Search and Rescue, Surf Lifesavers and Armed Service. My buddy and I did Ambulance and Armed Service. On the google slides it had a bunch of a little things we had to do like find facts, sites, an image questions and even make up our own questions. I learnt to find information about emergency services.

Kiwi Can


Today for kiwi Can we were playing to games and they were all about respect and we played this game which you had to put up your left hand and put it in the middle of the crile and then you had to put your other hand on some one us hand then you have to get out of it and see if you win the boys won and then we went outside and played this game where you had to hold the play then you had to put on the ground and then that counts as one point so then when yoou do that you throw it to someone and then they do the same thing and you have to do it five times.

Kiwi Can

Today for kiwi can we first we spit up into groups l was in group 2 and then we got into our first energizer it was called All about me we had to get a paper each and then we had to right 3 or 4 things that we like and l rote l like going to the movies and going to the beach and going on air plane l did 3 things and then they would read them out and we had to guest who it was our catch phrase was  R E S P E C T Find out what it means to me and we were learning about RESPECT.

Panmure Bridge performed

Who came to the Panmure bridge performer's   Parents, All of the dance groups that people were in what I was thinking was that I was nervous,shy,scared,afraid
where it happened in the school hall when it was on thursday,wednesday night


First we all got into our costumes and the girls changed into their costumes in lS2 Single ladies and footloose girls and i see red girls got changed in LS2 next some of the girls had to go back and get changed into other clothes because they were in a another dance like kapa haka juniors and seniors

Then they came back in the other costume then they went on stage and started to do that one.
last of all we all went home we got changed and then we went home with our parents
the day was fun and we all were excited for the dance and what some of the dance’s that we did was whip and nae nae,Teach me how to dougie ,Single ladies,Party rock,Harlem shake footloose,l see red those were some of the dance’s that we did and they was kapa haka and at the end of the show we all went to go and get changed and then we went home.


Today for writing we had to write a recount on the performer's that panmure bridge did l had to write about what we did and l had to write about the start middle ending how l did it was by knowing what to do and what l learned was that it is easy to write a recount and it was easy to do it l talked about what l was thinking where it was what happened what we did first and what we did after that then and then last of all what we in the recount and l talked about the day and what we were exited about what a Revel is that when you tell someone something like when you are opening up a recount or a story.

Today we were doing a scavenger Hunt we had to work in groups of three me Yesha and Milana worked together as. A group we got a  piece of paper with a clue on it our clue was 15 - 10 that. Meant that we had to go to room five how we knew it was room five is because 15 -10 is 5 so we went to room five.
Clue one
We ran they and they was a clue. It was right for us and it said something about our next cule ‘milana’ thought that. lt would be outside of the hall so we ran to the outside of the hall and we got our next clue and it was the office
Cule two
So we ran to the office and when we got there we got it right and then we stopped and thought about where our next clue. ls and where it could be and then we thought about where it would be and we thought. Of LS2 when we went they it was wrong so we went to room 1 and we got it right. And then we went back to LS1 to check our answer and the first part of it was right put the other part wasn’t right.

Ending
Then at the end Mr wong gave us all the answer some of us got it wrong and some of us got it right like our group put we still did it ever thought we got it wrong.

Today for writing we had to write a story about our Scavenger Hunt that we did we had to plan it and write a story about the first thing we did and when we got our first clue and our clue two and what happen at the end of the story for this must do we had to plan out the Reveal and the events and the ending.

Kiwi Can

Today for kiwi can we were playing some games and what we played was ten down that is when we were spilt up into groups and we named our group GOD MUFFINS it was a funny name put we named it that and the other group was named THE REAL WARRIORS l was in the GOD MUFFINS and what we had to do was when the person on my team pass they ball then we have to tap the ball down and then pass it 10 times but still taping the ball down.The Next Game was we had to skip with the rope to the end of the cone and then skip back to your team.When we all had a turn we had to sit dwno and have our hands on our head.The last game was called ball roll what we had to do was we had to roll the ball to hit the cone.

Today for my can do l did The big puppy Canoe race  it was so cool to play and easy and hard l came first in the races and l was computer 3 and l was red in the race how this workes is you go onto it and you write your name put you don't need to write your name down if you don't want to then you just say play game and then you play it and that is what l did for my can do.
