This week l did Activity 3 for day 3. This was for the Summer Learning Journey for this activity l was too choose a friend or family member and ask them what their dream job would want to be then l was to brainstorm six ways in which l could support her in achieving her dream job. I chose to do my best friend Angela. This was a fun activity because l could think of somethings l want to help Angela with getting her dream job in the future.
Morena Avalon,
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely meeting you! I am so excited that you are joining us for the Summer Learning Journey 2019-2020. Have you done this programme before?
This is my first year joining the Summer Learning Journey, and I am so excited that I get to read over the Manaiakalani blogs.
I’m really looking forward to summer, aren't you? In my spare time I like spending time at the beach and hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy going for walks and I absolutely love cooking and baking. What are you looking forward to doing this summer?
I liked your ideas for how to support your best friend. Becoming an nurse is a really awesome dream to have! I can tell your friend is someone you really care about :). It's so nice you two share the same dream, which is great because you can both help each other achieve that shared goal! I wish you both all the best in achieving your dreams.
My dream job is to become a teacher. I'm currently studying to become a teacher at the moment, and when my friends and family support my dreams it makes such a difference for me! :)
Noho ora mai

ReplyDeleteKia Ora Avalon! That's so cool you both have the same dreams, you two would make great nurses! It's so good to see you being so supportive of the ways you could help your best friend. Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteHi Avalon,
ReplyDeleteI liked how you said that you'd help your friend Angela become a nurse by supporting her and sticking by her side. I also liked how you said that this was a fun activity because it allowed you to think of different ways to help your friend. What's your dream job?
