Today LS2 did HIT which helps us with getting more fit. First we got into partners l was with Angela we started at the pull ups where our partner had to hold down the poll and we had to lay down on the ground and pull against the poll. The next activity we did was a press up and push up our partner would do a press up and then they would have a rest we would go like taking turns. Our last activity was mountain climbers at this activity we could use the stage to sort of run or do it on the ground. These word outs were really hard put l enjoyed doing the squat challenge we got into a circle and listened to the music that was called Bring Sally up this was about us challenging our self to do a squat for how long we could do it for. l really enjoyed doing this because it helps me to stay strong and fit every time we do it. I would like to say Thank you to Mr Oglive for showing us these different workout things that we did.
