Plane Distance Data
This week, the year 7’s have been going through different team building activities and challenges that show our leadership. Today, our challenge was to get into groups of 4, and each create a paper airplane to throw for the furthest distance, and beat the other teams. We all created our paper airplanes and tested our airplanes inside the hall. We worked as a team to pick the right airplane to test and see if we won. We all threw our airplanes and at the end 1 person from every time had to come and throw there airplanes and see who went the rarest. Our teams one went the rarest and Julian threw it. We won this challenge it was good to win because that meant we were show Integrity and we were working as a team to win this team challenge.

Leadership
This week the year 7's were learning about leadership. Leadership means working together talking and having a leader because everything wouldn't be fine without a leader to control and help our teams. l was working with Chavda, Jack, and Neaveh. We worked together as a group to complete our challenges set. The first activity challenge we had was to write down and answer the questions we were given. l was the leader of my group and l was trying to help others and tell them if they need help. The next thing we did was go inside the hall and do our next leadership challenge as a group for this activity we needed all of our craft stuff in each group then we sat away from each group we had to try and create the biggest pyramid out of Colored Paper, Scissors, and White paper. Those were the things we needed for our challenge. The last group challenge we did was we played a game that would help us work as a team this challenge was called tunnel crawling we had to go underneath people's legs and stomach to get to the other side of the hall it was hard put we worked as a team to lost of the first round the next round we won.

The next activity we played was high jump for this activity we had to go in a line and try and jump the fairest and then cone it. After that activity we did the sponge race for this we had to line up in our groups and try and fill up the bucket with water we had to go under a pole jump over a rope and put our sponge in the water and run back with it. After that we played shot put we had to throw the ball with our shot skills. Then after that we moved onto discus there were 3 different kinds of spots to throw the hop over and they were point 1, 3 and 5 we tried to stick with 1, 3 because it would be easier for use and because at the end of the game we won with 57 points. After that we moved onto the next activity for this we had to line up as a group and lay our chest and stomach on the ground and when the man says go we had to run and jump up and try and grab a ball. After that activity we had a bark under the shad for 20 minutes then we moved on to the egg and spoon game for this we had get into our line and have a spoon and a fake egg on top of the spoon and walk in and out of the cones and walk over the chair and wait until the man says run back and we run back we won that round. Armistice Day
This week l created a DLO of images about Armistice Day. Armistice Day is a day where families can come and see there sons , Great Grandfather and many more men that went into World War 1. Anniversary of the Armistice day is the 11 November 1918 this is the Remembrance of the men that gave there lives and Armistice Day is a time dedicated to the ones who went into World War 1. Armistice Day was for service members who have died without their remains and how World War ended. These images show how happy people were and how they celebrated the end of the war. It is Commemorated every year on 11 November to mark the armistice signed between the Allies of World War I and Germany. l enjoyed making this DLO because l could tell people what Armistice Day is and how it is celebrated every year on the 11th November 1918.
