Making ANZAC biscuit
By Avalon
I was so happy when we were making ANZAC biscuits. When I tasted them they were like a yummy coconut.
Mele, cut 100 grams of butter and Shailah poured one tablespoon of golden syrup into the saucepan. Joshua, poured half a cup of white flour into the bowl. Liam, poured in half a cup of sugar into the bowl. After that I put the rolled oats into the bowl. Najib measured the coconut. After that we put in the baking soda. Miss Paton, put in half a teaspoon of baking soda with two tablespoons of boiling water. Sanujan, poured in the golden syrup mixture into the bowl. We had to mix the ingredients together. Aiden, Hajera, Jacob, and Sky, rolled the dough into little balls and Juliet, Nyjah and Aiden, flattened the dough with a fork. Liam, Aung Naing and Taylor, took the biscuits to the kitchen. They came back to the classroom as we were making a second batch of biscuits. Then we had to wait for the second batch in the oven to cook. Then it was lunch time and we had eat the biscuits. They were so yummy.
This is my Making ANZAC biscuits we had fun doing .
